What are the fees?

• Intake Assessment: $200

• Individual Session Office: $140

• Individual Session / Off-Site Home Visit: $160-$180

• Parent Coaching: $140

• School Consultation: $160-180

Do you accept insurance?

bWELL Counseling is not an in-network provider for any insurance company. We can provide a receipt for out-of-network reimbursement upon request. We can help clients seek potential reimbursement by verifying out-of-network coverage.

Do you take sliding scale?

bWELL does offer reduced fee due to family income and various financial circumstances. Please inquire about sliding scale  at the complementary 15 minute consultation to discuss more.

How many sessions should I budget for?

In child and adolescent therapy, it takes about 16-26 sessions for each therapeutic goal. bWELL Counseling has a very concise therapeutic approach, which tracks progress so parents and children have a clear understanding of where they are in terms of goal completion. As the counselor works with your child, they will have a better understanding and communicate if we need more or less sessions.
