Kimber Lubert

Kimber Lubert (MED, LCPC, RPT, RYT-200) has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. She has a diverse background in education, childhood mental health services, and integrative wellness practices.
Kimber received her Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences from St. Cloud State University, where she studied child development and special education. Kimber was employed as an early education teacher at public and private schools throughout Chicago utilizing the Montessori method.
After several years as an educator, she transitioned into the counseling role and received her Masters of Education in School Counseling and Community Counseling from DePaul University. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. She is trained and certified in a variety of play therapy approaches such as Gestalt, Theraplay®, Autplay, Synergetic Play Therapy®, Trauma Treatment, Sand Tray, Art, and Movement.
In addition to her counseling credentials, Kimber holds certifications in a mix of integrative practices. She is a 200-Registered Yoga Teacher with special training in child and family yoga from Global Family Yoga. Kimber also is trained in somatic touch and craniosacral therapy.
